An Amber Alert has been issued for a lacking 7-month-old out of Kentucky.Police are trying to find Jocelyn Lair, 7 months previous, who’s believed to be along with her mom, Shelley Lair.She is lacking from Monticello in Wayne County.Shelley Lair, 39, was final seen driving a purple Ford Focus with grey/inexperienced spray paint and Kentucky plate BWV609.The kid is described as having brown hair and hazel eyes and was final seen solely sporting a diaper.Shelley Lair was final seen sporting a sizzling pink tank high and black shorts.Police mentioned the kid is assumed to be in nice hazard on account of moms drug use and little one previous publicity and overdose. DCBS has emergency custody order for little one.
