MIDDLETOWN, Ohio — Dr. Ralph “Skip” Kah was “a really busy man in his day,” mentioned his spouse, DeeAnn.
A longtime Middletown obstetrician-gynecologist, Dr. Kah estimated he delivered about 5,000 infants, or 10% of Middletown’s inhabitants.
