Jakarta, (SONNA) – A robust earthquake of seven.0 magnitude struck deep within the sea north of Bali and Lombok islands in Indonesia early on Tuesday, Reuters quoted the European-Mediterranean Seismological Centre (EMSC) as saying.
The quake’s epicenter was 203 km (126 miles) north of Mataram, Indonesia, and really deep at 516 km under the Earth’s floor, EMSC stated.
Indonesian and US geological companies pegged the magnitude at 7.1, with no risk of a tsunami.
