A delegation led by the Director Common of the Somali Nationwide Catastrophe Administration Company (SoDMA) Mr. Mahmoud Macallim Abdulle arrived at the moment in Baydhabo, the interim capital of the South West State, to take part in a convention on humanitarian affairs.
