MOGADISHU (Somaliguardian) – Puntland Minister of Planning Mohamed Farole has accused Somalia’s President Hassan Sheikh Mohamud of instigating renewed clan battle on the outskirts of Goldogob city in Mudug area.
The regional minister alleged that it was the third time Somali President stoked the battle between clan militias in Goldogob city, including that he had carried out so in 2015 and 2016. He has not supplied proof for the declare which comes amid rift between regional authorities and the federal authorities.
