Mogadishu, SONNA – In a big improvement within the ongoing battle to eradicate the terrorist group Al-Shabaab from Galmudug and Hirshabelle states, the federal government has formally launched the names, positions, and standing of key terrorist leaders who have been focused in current operations.
For the previous two months, a relentless marketing campaign has been waged in opposition to Al-Shabaab inside the states of Galmudug and Hirshabelle, leaving a long-lasting impression on the terrorists who had sought refuge in these areas.
The federal government’s efforts have included direct confrontations and precision airstrikes. These operations have resulted within the elimination of 19 high-ranking Al-Shabaab leaders who posed a big risk to nationwide stability.
Moreover, it’s value noting that past the management casualties, the relentless efforts of the federal government’s forces have resulted within the deaths of over 1,650 militants within the current battles throughout Galmudug and Hirshabelle
