Cincinnati Metropolis Council passes decision supporting invoice on avenue takeovers

CINCINNATI — Cincinnati Metropolis Council voted to go a decision on Wednesday to help Home Invoice 56, which ups the penalties for individuals taking part or spectating in avenue takeovers.
