MOGADISHU (Somaliguardian) – Authorities within the northeastern semi-autonomous area of Puntland on Thursday rejected plans by Somalia’s President Hassan Sheikh Mohamud to overtake the structure, Caasimada On-line information web site reported.
Following a cupboard assembly chaired by the regional chief Saeed Abdullahi Deni, who had earlier refused to attend a gathering between federal and regional presidents that proposed controversial modifications to the structure, centered on quite a few key points, together with safety and elections.
