Mogadishu(SONNA)-Somali Nationwide Military backed by the Native forces on Monday carried out operation close to Ceel-dheer city in Galgudud area, inflicting heavy casualties on Al-Shabaab militants.
Commander of the Native forces, Abdulle Mohamud Barre advised Somali Nationwide Information Company that the joint forces defeated the terrorists, saying they killed 10 members together with two commanders throughout the operation.
The operation comes a day after the Somali Nationwide Military’s Danab forces and Worldwide Companions killed in 60 Al-Shabaab militants at an space about eight kilometers southwest of Halgan city in Hiiraan area.
