MOGADISHU (Somaliguardian) – Somalia’s military on Thursday recaptured the cities of Eldher and Mesagaway within the central areas of Galgadud, months after troops and allied clan militias vacated quite a few cities as a result of setbacks in offensive towards insurgents.
Somali authorities troops pulled out of the cities of Mesagaway, Run-nirgood, Eldher, El Bur and quite a few others after insurgents overrun bases in Osweyne village in Galgadud area, killing dozens of troopers , together with commanders.
