MOGADISHU (Somaliguardian) – The federal government of Djibouti formally sided with Somalia in escalating tensions with Ethiopia over a current memorandum of understanding it had signed with the breakaway area of Somaliland to realize entry to a leased land alongside the Crimson Sea.
“The Council reiterates its unwavering precept of #Somalia’s Unity, Territorial Integrity and Sovereignty,” Djiboutian Minister of Finance Ilyahas Dawaleh stated on Tuesday following a cupboard assembly.
“The Council reiterates its dedication to a harmonious path of regional financial integration and collective wellbeing.”
