MOGADISHU (Somaliguardian) – Ethiopia’s military chief Birhanu Jula has stated in a brand new interview that his troops are in command of greater than 60 % of Somalia’s territory amid tensions with Somali authorities over Addis Ababa’s sea entry cope with the breakaway area of Somaliland.
