THERE WERE AT LEAST THREE DIFFERENT AGENCIES RESPOND AND THIS WAS ALL UNFOLDING DURING A TIME WHEN THIS WAS ABSOLUTELY PACKED WITH FOLKS OUT CELEBRATING SAINT PATRICK’S DAY. THERE WERE A LOT OF CROWDS OUT TONIGHT, AND PEOPLE WERE SCARED. FOLKS WE TALKED TO SAY THAT THEY HEARD SHOTS AND SAW PEOPLE RUNNING.
