BATAVIA TOWNSHIP, Ohio — A West Clermont Center College pupil has been suspended after officers stated he created a bomb risk to get out of college.
The Clermont County Sheriff’s Workplace stated college directors have been first made conscious of a bomb risk discovered inside a restroom early Wednesday morning. The notice stated there was a bomb at an undisclosed location inside the varsity.
Directors known as the sheriff’s workplace and put the varsity on a tender lockdown as detectives investigated.
Investigators spoke to the 11-year-old who allegedly discovered the notice, who officers stated confessed that he was the one who made the notice and put it within the restroom. Officers stated the coed informed them there was no bomb and he simply needed to get out of college.
Detectives confirmed there was no risk as Okay-9 items from the Miami Township Police Division searched and cleared the world.
The coed was charged with inducing panic and brought to the Clermont County Juvenile Detention Middle. Officers stated he has been suspended from college pending additional disciplinary processes.
