PARIS — The State Minister of International Affairs and Worldwide Cooperation of the Federal Authorities of Somalia, H.E. Ali Mohamed Omar, was formally welcomed by Mr. Thani Mohamed-Soilihi, France’s State Minister for Francophonie and Worldwide Partnerships, throughout a big assembly in Paris geared toward bolstering the long-standing partnership between the 2 nations.
