MOGADISHU (Somaliguardian) – Former governor of central Somalia’s Hiran area and present liaison head for the government-aligned Mawisley militias, Ali Jayte, has sparked outrage after declaring that civilians in areas managed by Al-Shabaab might be thought of a part of the extremist group.
Talking alongside prime military officers and the director of the Nationwide Intelligence and Safety Company, Abdullahi Mohamed Ali Sanbalolshe, Jayte claimed that these dwelling beneath Al-Shabaab’s management usually are not civilians however complicit members of the group.
