FORT THOMAS, Ky. — A portion of Mary Ingles Freeway or Kentucky Route 8 is closed after a landslide occurred on Friday.
The landslide is situated simply previous the Aquaramp Marina and is protecting the freeway.
Crews are on the scene making an attempt to clear timber and soil from the highway.
The highway closure is east of Fort Thomas in Campbell County.
It’s unknown when the highway will reopen to site visitors.
