Mogadishu, (SONNA) – The Second Deputy Prime Minister of the Federal Authorities of Somalia, H.E. Jibril Abdirashid Haji Abdi, alongside the Governor of Banadir and Mayor of Mogadishu, H.E. Mohamed Ahmed Aamir, laid the inspiration stone for the development of the Nasiib Buundo Highway, which connects the districts of Warta-Nabadda, Boondheere, and Shibis.
Talking on the occasion, Deputy Prime Minister Jibril emphasised the significance of correct infrastructure planning, stating, “When a highway is constructed, it’s important to construct drainage programs; in any other case, the highway is not going to final. I urge district commissioners to take motion in opposition to those that neglect the cleanliness of our roads.”
He recommended the Banadir Regional Administration for prioritizing the event of important highway networks in Mogadishu, that are important for the mobility and well-being of residents. He additionally known as on residents to help efforts to keep up the cleanliness and look of town’s streets.
