Mogadishu, (SONNA) – The Governor of the Banadir Area and Mayor of Mogadishu, Dr. Hassan Mohamed Hussein (Muungaab), has formally launched the reconstruction of Zoobe Street, a significant artery for motion throughout the capital that was severely broken by current heavy rains.
Talking on the groundbreaking ceremony, Mayor Muungaab pledged that the long-deteriorated Shaqaalaha Street, together with a number of different key roads all through Mogadishu, would quickly endure rehabilitation. He emphasised that public taxes can be reinvested into important infrastructure and providers.
“We’re dedicated to making sure that the taxes collected from the general public are returned within the type of improved providers — together with entry to free schooling, enhanced healthcare providers, and the reconstruction of crucial financial infrastructure,” Mayor Muungaab acknowledged.
The occasion was attended by Deputy Governors of the Banadir Regional Administration, the District Commissioner of Hodan, enterprise leaders, conventional elders, senior officers, and varied segments of the neighborhood.
