MOGADISHU – Somalia’s federal authorities has appointed an eight-member committee to facilitate the formation of a regional administration for the SSC-Khatumo space, the Ministry of Inside introduced in a decree issued Saturday.
The committee, named by Federal Minister of Inside, Federal Affairs and Reconciliation Ali Yusuf Ali Hosh, can be chaired by Dr. Ahmednur Mohamed, with Abdinassir Haji Mohamed serving as deputy chair.
Different appointed members embrace Ahmed Shire Ahmed, Arafat Ali Mohamed, Ahmed Yusuf Mahmoud, Rufaci Mohamed Salad, Mahmoud Mentioned Nur and Fadumo Abdi Ali.
In keeping with the decree, the committee will present technical recommendation and help within the coordination between federal and native establishments, contribute to the design of administrative frameworks, and submit common progress studies to the ministry.
The committee’s mandate will stay lively till the completion of the SSC-Khatumo regional administration construction, the ministry mentioned.
The transfer comes amid efforts by the federal authorities to help regionally pushed governance fashions and foster political stability by inclusive state-building and reconciliation.
