Summit Nation Day defeated Columbus Academy 4-0 Friday afternoon at Historic Crew Stadium in Columbus to seize the Division IV state championship.
Senior Mia Stevens scored two objectives whereas senior Carolyn Federle and freshman Aubrey Blakely scored objectives. It was the 13th shutout of the season for Summit Nation Day together with the fifth this postseason.
Summit Nation Day scored all 4 objectives within the second interval.
