CINCINNATI — The third suspect in a Newport taking pictures that left one man hospitalized in Could has been arrested, based on Hamilton County jail data.
Police had been trying to find the suspect, Terry Moses, for the reason that taking pictures on Could 9. Moses was listed as an inmate on the Hamilton County Detention Heart Monday.
Final month, police stated officers responded to the intersection of tenth and Monmouth streets simply after 2:30 a.m. Could 9. When officers responded to the scene, they discovered one man who had been shot a number of occasions. That man was taken to UC Medical Heart, the place police stated he was in secure situation. The extent of his accidents is unknown.
Moses was introduced as a suspect within the case together with 30-year-old Tiance Combs and 30-year-old Kortney Alford. All three had been accused of tried homicide, complicity to aim homicide and facilitation of tried homicide. Police secured warrants for the suspects lower than one week later.
Police stated Combs and Alford had been arrested Could 21 in Lexington.
Newport police haven’t launched particulars of Moses’ arrest.
